Cancellation Policy:-

• Once Booked 25% of the Total Package Cost is Non Refundable.
• 40% cancellation charge of the total package cost, if cancelled between 30 to 60 days before arrival.
• 60% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancelled between 20 to 29 days before arrival.
• 100% cancellation Charges applicable  if cancelled between 0 to 19 days before arrival.

Note:
Exact Schedule can be advised before a day of departure. Above mentioned the schedule is tentative just for understanding the operational system & timing. Things can be changed at the last moment due to any operational or weather changes.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Available hotel properties at Guptkashi and Yamunotri are Non-Star category and the stay is arranged at best among them. However at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation standard is 3.5 Star.
2. Duniyaonline reserves the right to postpone/ Cancel flight the timings of flying subjected to weather conditions/ Helicopter Technical Fault/ Pilot illness.
3. Any extra night stay due to bad weather will be borne by client itself.
4. Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to date of journey.
5. In case, If you have any extra luggage You can keep it at the Hotel cloak room.
6. Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full ticket.
7. There is no provision of concession ticket to children or senior citizens.
8. In case the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized part of the journey.
9. In case of rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side the booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking is required which is subject to availability of seats.
10. The company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather condition or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
11. The customer must bear the proportionate tour cost in case of extended stay or travelling due to any unforeseen reason.
12. The company will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to natural calamity or unforeseen reasons.
13. OVERWEIGHT CHARGES: ON PER SEAT BASIS ONLY Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2000/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight (not exceeding helicopter’s total weight limitation) will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax). Furthermore, any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which would be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights.

Notes:

1. There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
2. Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
3. All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
4. At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
5. Kindly book your back flight/train ticket after one day to your arrival at Dehradun.
6. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket and birth certificate will be required at time of booking.
7. All temples in Char Dham (Uttarakhand, India) are located at high altitude areas. pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. it is available at medical shops.
8. All pilgrims should be physically fit. it is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.
9. Still cameras/ portable video cameras are allowed in Himalayan ranges but not inside the temple. please do not attempt to take pictures inside the temples.
10. Although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL mobile is better in most of the places.

BAD WEATHER SITUATION:
If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days, we will still try to finish the darshan on the next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather, we will refund proportionate money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund the amount acc. to flying time.

COVID TRAVEL GUIDELINES:
Covid Protocols shall adhered by the passenger as per the effective mandate of the government without adhered to the government guidelines, boarding can be denied to the passenger without refund.
