DAY 1
ARRIVE AUCKLAND
Arrive Auckland International Airport. Meet & greet and transfer
to hotel.
DAY 2 AUCKLAND
- WAITOMO - ROTORUA
Cooked breakfast. Travel Auckland / Waitomo through the lush Waikato
region. View world famous Glow-worm caves. Continue on to Rotorua.
DAY 3 ROTORUA
Cooked breakfast. AM Rotorua sightseeing including Whakarewarewa Thermal
Reserve, Paradise Springs, and Agrodome agricultural show. PM at leisure.

DAY 4 ROTORUA
- CHRISTCHURCH
Cooked breakfast. Transfer to Rotorua airport. Fly Rotorua / Christchurch
Transfer to hotel on arrival. Remainder of the day is at leisure.
DAY 5 CHRISTCHURCH
- GREYMOUTH - FRANZ JOSEF OR FOX
Cooked breakfast. Transfer to Christchurch Railway Station.
Board Tranz Alpine Express for spectacular rail crossing over Southern
Alps.
Arrive at Greymouth and board coach for transfer to Franz Josef Glacier.
Remainder of the day is at leisure.
DAY 6 FRANZ
JOSEF GLACIER - QUEENSTOWN
Cooked breakfast. Travel south through rugged Haast Pass to arrive at
“alpine resort” of Queenstown.
DAY 7 QUEENSTOWN
– MILFORD SOUND – QUEENSTOWN
Cooked breakfast. Enjoy full day tour to world famous Milford Sound
including cruise. (B)
DAY 8 QUEENSTOWN
Cooked breakfast. Today is at leisure to relax or explore Queenstown.
Optional activities include: Jetboating, cruise on Lake Wakatipu, visit
a sheep station, take a gondola up to the top of Bob’s Peak and the
Skyline Restaurant for a magnificent view.(B)
DAY 9 QUEENSTOWN
/ DUNEDIN
Cooked breakfast. Travel through the Kawarau Gorge to Cromwell and through
Central Otago. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax or explore
Dunedin on your own. (B)
DAY 10 DUNEDIN
Cooked breakfast. AM brief orientation tour of Dunedin with opportunity
to view Otago University, historic buildings, the world's steepest street
and botanic gardens. PM sightseeing excursion to beautiful Otago peninsula
for an opportunity to visit Larnach Castle grounds and to view local
wildlife at the Royal Albatross Centre & Yellow-eyed penguins, Blue
penguins, seals.
DAY 11 DUNEDIN
– MOUNT COOK - CHRISTCHURCH
Cooked breakfast. Board the coach for the drive to Mount Cook where
you will transfer to the Great Sights coach and continue to the “garden
city” of Christchurch.
DAY 12 DEPART
CHRISTCHURCH
Cooked breakfast. Transfer from hotel to Christchurch Airport. Depart
New Zealand. (B)
